Breath

Time to take a breath. Sit for a moment. Breathe slowly in and slowly out. Start to notice the clutter in your head as you close your eyes. Simply let the clutter blow away in the breeze of your breath. Notice the sound of the crickets, the breeze in the tall grass and the soundless motion of the trees swaying....
